I produced these videos outside of my main gig(s).
I was a creative collaborator and one of the main camera operators for this independent, time-travel romance film. The full film can be found on Amazon Prime.
This video offers a glimpse of the Women's March on Washington. I covered the event with fellow collaborators Ezra Drew Bakker and Matt Bleau.
This video documents a #lovetrumpshate rally held on CMU's campus in Mount Pleasant, MI.
I documented this #notmypresident rally in Grand Rapids, MI with fellow collaborator and good friend Ezra Drew Bakker.
As a result of our coverage of the above rallies, Ezra and I were contacted by an Art Prize artist. So we did a promo.
I believe in giving back; while I was still living in Mount Pleasant, I covered this local charity for a few years. I worked on this particular incarnation with Ezra Drew Bakker, Chelsey Kimbrough and Mason Flick.
In my Mount Pleasant years, I did a fair amount of video work with CMU's Greek community. This explores some of the reasons individuals join fraternities and sororities.
For my MA, I produced the feature film below, Niner. Throughout that process, a collection of college students documented our journey. The original team behind the documentary wasn't able to complete the project, so I conducted additional interviews and assembled the edit. Working on Niner was an incredible experience; editing the documentary was one of the most emotionally exhausting experiences of my life.
Here's the film I produced for my MA. Grant Pichla directed and edited the film from a script he found online. Ezra Drew Bakker, Lauren Culver, Cait Willson, Erin Woirol and Trista Mazur round out the key production players.
When I was a graduate assistant at CMU, I took a class in which we were tasked with adapting Marvel Comics, Ultimate X-Men Vol 41. I was the producer for this project, and I learned an incredible amount.
